2002-2013

Systems Integration Consultancy (SIC) / 2002 – 2013

Suvarnabhumi International Airport, Bangkok, Thailand

CNA Advance provided Systems Integration Consultancy (SIC) service to the Main Contractor for Suvarnabhumi International Airport, which provided a role of management and support in problem analysis and systems development to the airport. We were ultimately responsible for delivering forty-eight fully functional airport systems interfaces from design inception through to commissioning and handover as well as managing the commercial and contractual aspects of the project.
In this role our scope of work included responsibility for initial design appraisal and all key development and supporting activities required to support nineteen airport systems for the Airport’s Passenger Terminal Complex, leading to and including the actual testing and commissioning of each system’s interface.

2010–2014

Baggage Reconciliation System and Local Departure Control System / 2010 – 2014

Suvarnabhumi International Airport, Bangkok, Thailand

CNA advance awarded this project from Airport of Thailand Plc. or AOT to provide operation and maintenance service of Passenger Baggage Reconciliation System (PBRS) and Local Departure Control System (L-DCS). We were responsible for operating, monitoring, problem solving, and maintenance both systems to serve our best to airlines. We scheduled our 24X7 service with corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance to ensure the stability and efficiency of the systems.

2010–2012

Departure Control System Service / 2010 – 2012

Phuket International Airport, Phuket, Thailand

CNA Advance organized the installation and commissioning of the SITA Departure Control System (SDCS) and Ultra Electronics (UltraSEATS) – Local Departure Control System (LDCS) for Lufthansa Services (Thailand) or LST. This also included CNA’s First and Second Line Support Service. In addition, our main tasks were to adding DCS Database and providing user training sessions, whilst the set up stage. Furthermore, we coordinated with DCS Hosts to ensure successful installation of DCSs and monitoring the systems after CUTOVER.

2012–2013

Airport Wide Systems Testing (AWST) / 2012 – 2013

Hamad International Airport, Doha, Qatar

Whilst providing an on-site consultation service for the Integration Testing of systems within the new terminal building, we also provided hands on support for implementing the actual On-Site Acceptance Testing and ORAT. Responsible for Verification of supporting documentation, provision of Test Scripts, Test Reports and Recommendations. The test covered five major areas of the airport operations; Passenger & Bags Capability, Flight Turnaround Capability, Managed Building Capability, Services Capability and Security Capability.
The relevant systems included AODB, GMS, SFP, EVIDS (FIDS), BIC (Tugman console), ATC, AFTN, SITATEX, VDGS, PLB, QR Data Feed, BHS, BRS, BagLink, CUTE, CUSS, DCS, LDCS, LBA, PA, CBMS, CFADS, ACS, VSS (CCTV), Airport Website, LAN, WLAN, VoIP, IPTV, Master Clock, IVR, RDS/VCS, TETRA, VHF, X-Ray, NMS/SMS.

Wattay International Airport, Vientiane, Lao PDR

Deployment of SITA Airport Connect System and ARINC vMUSE, then provision of support to Airlines and the airport itself. CNA Advance are the only company that has been certified by the CAA to operate in LAOS for provision of Passenger and Baggage Processing solutions.
With our knowledge and teamwork, we were able to complete the implementation the systems in a very short time. We also provide 24×7 support services to airlines and the airports.

CP310 Special Systems / Since 2014

Hamad International Airport, Doha, Qatar

We are a part of CP310 Special Systems Project, which provide operation and maintenance service for Airport Operations Systems or AOS such as FIDS, CUTE, CUSS, DCS, and AODB.
