Cesar Guzman is CNA Advance’s Managing Director and the founder of company
He has more than 30 years’ experience in aviation industry and 20 years’ experience in airport systems consulting. Cesar has a particularly strong focus on Airport Systems Integration and design, having advised some of the world-class airport clients.
His professional portfolio includes providing a consultancy service for Marconi Communications (US) as well as being Regional Manager for Tellabs International (Latin American region) and Project Manager and Chief Engineer for the Harris Corporation. The latter saw him in charge of design and implementation of the Total Airport Management System (TAMS) communications network at Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
A previous fourteen year period at NASA-Kennedy Space Centre and rise to Senior Communications Manager, provided the foundation in systems and communications that launched Mr. Guzman into a subsequent series of successful appointments. During his period at NASA he was given 5 awards in acknowledgement for his contribution to the Space Program.
Under Graduate:
Apiradee has over 20 years experiences in Ground Handling Company for Aviation Industry. ‘TAGS’, the previous company, is one of the leaders Ground Handling Company at Bangkok International Airports. Among over hundred airlines operating into Thailand, 42 airlines were handled by this company. She was the key person who set up all Airport Systems concerning Passenger Services. She also was the Head Trainer who had more than 1,000 check in staffs as her trainees in different DCS Systems.
Since 2010, she was an Airport Automation Consultant of Lao Airlines and Lufthansa Thailand based in Thailand and has international experiences from working with many foreigner Airlines. Through her working period, she has been trained to be an Expert of Airlines’ Procedure and System and attended several Aviation conferences concerned in many countries around the world.
Apiradee is helping CNA Advance developing channel strategy and development plan in order to deliver Airport IT Solutions through corporate end user target segmentations. She joined CNA Advance in May 2010 as a Manager Passenger Processing Service. Recently, she holds the position of Airport Operation Director.
Under Graduate:
Punthep has joined CNA Advance as a Principal Engineer since 2012. He has always had a personal interest in Airport IT Technology. Prior to working with CNA, he served Suvarnabhumi Airport System Integration Consultancy for Passenger Terminal Complex (PTC) System Integration and Operations project to Airport of Thailand or AOT. The major responsibility was to provide recommendations on the airport operations, assisted the airport in implementation of the system integration project, coordinating with the third parties on the integration aspect, provided support on root cause analysis, and conducted the test on the new or developed systems.
Punthep worked overseas for CNA Advance at Hamad International Airport in Qatar, especially to assist in the airport systems testing for Qatar Airways’ IT department (QRIT). The main assignment was to review and provided comments on the Airport Wide Systems Test (AWST) documents proposed by the contractors. Furthermore, Punthep was assigned to be a Head of Unit for Hamad International Airport Special Systems Repair and Maintenance Services Project for 3 years. He took action on Airport Operations Systems and Passenger Processing Systems such as Airport Operations Database (AODB), Flight Information Display System (FIDS), Common Use Terminal Equipment (CUTE), and Local Departure Control Systems (LDCS), etc.
Recently, he also holds a Project Manager position for an installation project at Suvarnabhumi Airport.
Kitti has both Master degree and bachelor degree in Computer Science from Assumption University. He is able to provide the necessary leadership and support IT network management solution. He has coordinated many projects with AOT’s systems such as Passenger Baggage Reconciliation Systems (PBRS), Local Departure Control Systems (LDCS), SITA Messaging, and CCTV installation project. This causes him to spanning performance improvement, strategic decision analysis, and interpersonal skills to deal with the parties concerned.
Kitti has joined CNA Advance almost a decade. He recently holds a position of Senior System Engineer, serves company’s customers in Thailand and overseas.
